About the Role
Cini Marbles is looking for a highly motivated person to join our finance department within the group. Reporting directly to the financial controller, the successful candidate will be actively involved in the day-to-day accounting requirements within the department.
The main responsibilities will include:
Responsible the accounting of the group of companies
Preparation and/or reviewing of payroll computation
Reviewing team member’s work for accuracy and compliance
Compiling management accounts and completing VAT Returns
Preparing ad-hoc financial reports by analysing and summarizing accounting information
Liaising with auditors
Perform other tasks as may be delegated by the Director of financial controller from time to time
Requirements
Applicants must be in possession of a university degree in accounting or be ACCA / ACA qualified. Applications in their final stages of their ACCA/ACA qualifications will also be considered.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Able to work against deadlines and deliver in a timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS office applications, particularly Excel
Proven ability to quickly learn new information, processes, and procedures
Ability to work on own initiative and in a team
Experience on Xero accounting software will be considered as an asset
